Patrick M. Diver

Patrick Diver, owner of Greyhound Fitness in downtown Orlando, has been training people from all walks of life for 8 years, and has supervised over 10,000 injury free workouts. Patrick speaks regularly on topics related to health and fitness and has presented to over 100 of Central Florida's largest companies...

including Darden Restaurants, Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, Glatting Jackson, MetLife, Colonial Bank, and Brighthouse Networks. He also formerly gave the fitness tip of the week during live broadcasts on Central Florida's Fox-TV network, and has appeared as a featured fitness expert on Central Florida News-13.

Patrick graduated from Missouri State University with B.S. in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training and was certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association in 1996. In 2003, Ken Hutchins certified Patrick as a Superslow® instructor, followed by a Nautilus certification administered by YMCA research director Wayne Wescott the following year.

Additionally, Patrick has an athletic background and raced bicycles to over 30 wins including the Pro I/II State Criterium Championship of Florida in 2002.

Patrick has a passion for physical training and enjoys the rational, scientific approach offered with high intensity training. He believes it is the ideal exercise protocol perfectly blending safety with superior physical conditioning.
